We fillet these and use them to make sandwiches in our store.  They also hold up well to a hamburger.  


Ingredients: Flour mixture (rice flour, cornstarch, tapioca starch, millet, potato starch, plant fiber, sugar, salt, emulsifier (polyglcerol ester of fatty acids from vegetable fat, mono and diglycerides from plant origin), ascorbic acid), Eggs, Palm Shortening, Sugar, Yeast, Apple Cider Vinegar, Salt, Baking Powder (Cornstarch, Sodium Bicarbonate, Monocalcium Phosphate)
